The location in the three-nation-triangle Switzerland, Austria, Italy determined the strong influence on the Samnauner from the neighbouring cultures.
For this reason the language in Samnaun as well as several culinary specialities have been taken over. Samnaun as "Gusto melting-pot" of the Engadin delights also critical gourmets with its many-sided cuisine.
