Cross-Country Skiing
Glide across the Samnaun tracks on cross-country skis and enjoy the snow in the nordic fashion - whether in the classical or skating technique doesn't matter.
One cross-country track and a practice slide with a total of 7 kilometres are at your disposal. Joining the tracks in Lower Engadin after Scuol is possible from Martina (reachable with the post bus). The equipment can also be hired in the Samnaun sport shops.

Track Laret - Ice skating field "L1"
Skating and classical tracks
Start: Samnaun Laret, Chasa Val Bella (parallel to winter hiking routes W2 and W4)
Destination: Ice field Clis da Ravaisch resp. Musella Lift
Length: 5 km
Joining up possibilities: Samnaun village, near the ice field (for skaters also at Musella Lift in Samnaun village), Samnaun Ravaisch at house Sprecher, above Plan and Samnaun Laret at house Chasa Val Bella
Description: The track leads on the sunny side of the valley parallel to the hiking path "Samnaun Laret - Cli da Ravaisch" at village exit direction Samnaun village. Above Plan there is the possibility of making a detour to Tschischanader. Otherwise the track leads on in direction ice field. Skaters can continue cross-country skiing on the ski piste as far as Musella Lift in Samnaun village.

Start: Martina village entrance
Aim: Scuol - Serras
Length: 17 km
You can join it at Ramosch or Sur-En
Day ticket: CHF 7.- (buy at checkpoint)
