Bike & Hike Ischgl - Piz Munschuns (CH)

This downhill-oriented Bike & Hike tour starts at the valley station of the Silvretta cable car in Ischgl. Take the gondola up to the mountain station at 2,321 m. On the Idalp there are various restaurants such as the Alpenhaus mountain restaurant or the Vider Alp mountain restaurant. From there, take the Flimjochbahn cable car uphill to 2,757 m. Up here runs the border between Austria and Switzerland. On the Swiss side, a well-developed mountain bike enduro trail leads down to Alp Trida (2,262 m, CH). For a stop, there are several mountain restaurants available. With the Alp Trida Sattelbahn you go up to just over 2,500 m. Here you park your bike and start the hike to Piz Munschuns (2,657 m). The short summit ascent is initially flatter, later briefly steeper. At the top you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Samnaun valley (CH) and the Swiss side of the Ischgl ski area.
