From the PostBus stop "Buffalora" (Gasthaus Buffalora) you can cycle to Alp Buffalora with a subsequent ascent. The Val Mora bike route can also be started from Süsom Givè and the short but beautiful single trail to Buffalora can be ridden as a warm-up. On the Jufplaun plain, the gravel road leads straight ahead until it climbs slightly – below a customs hut a short distance uphill before reaching the transition to Val Mora. After the transition, a steep but easy-to-ride trail descends into Val Mora.
The Val Mora is still an untouched mountain valley, only visited by hikers and bikers. First through rocks, later on comfortable forest roads with views of the surrounding peaks and waterfalls. At Döss Radond (2234 m) is the watershed; once the water flows over the Aua da Vau into the Val Müstair, on the other side into the reservoir of Livigno. Now the descent begins. Past Alp Praveder (2090 m) you descend to Alp Clastras (1943 m). Shortly below, the hiking trail runs to the right to Lai da Rims. At Chuckai (1779 m) the path branches off. Keep right or left and cycle down the Val Vau on the forest road until you arrive in Sta. Maria or Valchava after some time. The PostBus takes you up and down the valley every hour.

For bikers with very strong physical condition, this bike tour can also be started as a round trip from Sta. Maria.

The tour was evaluated in favorable weather conditions, the current weather conditions and weather forecasts must be observed before the start of the tour.

This tour requires a high degree of driving safety, balance and driving skills.
