Beschreibung
The often frequented Flimspitz with the distinctive summit cross is even easier to reach from the Flimjochbahn mountain station (Idjochbahn mountain station) and Flimsattelbahn mountain station thanks to the construction of the new via ferrata. With a height of almost 3,000 meters above sea level, the Flimspitz is the largest elevation in the area. The panoramic view from the rocky, exposed summit is overwhelming! Route: From the Flimjochbahn mountain station in a northerly direction on a marked trail. After approx. 400 m turn right to below the distinctive rock slab to the entrance; over the inclined slab to just below the ridge, along the exposed ridge on the south side and over undifficult terrain to the summit structure.

With the station in Landeck, Paznaun is well connected to the Austrian train network. From Landeck-Zams train station, it is only a short bus ride to Paznaun. From there, the 260 bus runs through the valley every half hour. Station: Ischgl Silvrettabahn

Arrival / access via Vorarlberg (only possible in summer):
On the A14 to Bludenz, then on the B 188 via Schruns (Montafon) to Partenen. Continue along the Silvretta High Alpine Road – Bielerhöhe to Ischgl.
By public transport (ÖBB) via Bludenz to the Schruns terminus and then by bus (line 85) to Ischgl. (Station: Stop: Florianiparkplatz)
