Beschreibung

From the end of the Clünas chairlift (approx. 2500 m) bypass the rocks of P. 2678 to the southwest and over the south-eastern slope to the summit.

Variant: Mot da Ri mountain station

From the chairlift mountain station on Mot da Ri (2582 m) in a southwesterly direction through the large hollow into the Fuorcla Clünas and over the north ridge to the summit (in total: 30 min. for 210 m ascent).

Departure

On the ascent routes back to the ski area or, more rewardingly, via Plütschessa to Ftan: From the summit over the west flank into the hollow of Lai da Minschun (2642 m). Here southwards over P. 2483, past the avalanche barriers on the left, through the hollow of Plütschessa down to Clünas and southwest via Truoi da Joccas to Plan Mundanaira (1893 m). Follow the summer path through a forest aisle south-east to Ftan (1634 m). Difficulty: WS.

  • With the Rhaetian Railway (Chur, Landquart/Prättigau, from St. Moritz every hour to Scuol)
  • By PostBus (from Martina, Sent, Ftan, Tarasp every hour to Scuol)
  • By local bus (runs throughout Scuol)

Arrival information

  • From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car transport through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or over the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine on H27
  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria in the direction of St. Moritz on H27
  • From the south: via Reschenpass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofenpass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27
  • Scuol is located directly on the Engadiner Strasse H27 (20 minutes drive from Vereina south portal).

Parken

  • Paid parking at the train station and at the mountain railways in Scuol.
  • Free parking in Porta and Punt (Scuol Sot).
