Samnaun - Heidelbergerhütte

The hike starts on a wide path that leads up to the Zeblasjoch with a pleasant incline. Once at the top, a wide view of the Silvretta group opens up. Descend over a meadow and then climb over scree to reach the Fenga Pass. Here you stand exactly on the border between Austria and Switzerland and enjoy magnificent panoramic views. In early summer there may well still be a few snowfields here. Between the peaks, the trail winds its way towards the Heidelbergerhütte. The last stretch leads over an alpine mat inhabited by plenty of marmots. The hut is in sight, nestled in a beautiful mountain landscape - far away from civilisation. This is a great place to switch off!
