Beschreibung

The starting point of the tour is the village of Tarasp. (1402 m above sea level). The tour leads along the alpine road leading southwest into the Val Vallatscha to the Alp Laisch (1814 m above sea level). From the Alp Laisch, the forest path leads north along a summer path into the forest clearing. In the forest clearing, the path leads southwest again to the fork in the path below the Crap Putér. (2215 m above sea level). The final climb leads over a rocky step above the Mot Fuorcla to the Crap Putèr. (2368 m above sea level). There are two ways of descending, once via the ascent path and once via the Laviner Gitmot forest clearing.

  • With the Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Landquart/Prättigau or from the Upper Engadine) hourly to Scuol-Tarasp station
  • By PostBus (from Martina, Sent, Ftan or Tarasp) every hour to Scuol-Tarasp station
  • Continue by PostBus to the PostBus stop Tarasp, Fontana

Arrival information

  • From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car transport through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or over the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine on H27
  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria in the direction of St. Moritz on H27
  • From the south: via Reschenpass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofenpass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27
  • Tarasp is located directly on the H27 Engadine road between Susch and Giarsun/Guarda.
