The two new chairlifts are in operation and are delighting skiers. Here are some impressions.

8-seater chairlift Visnitz N2

The new Visnitz chairlift N2 is the first 8-seater chairlift of the "D-Line" type from Garaventa/Doppelmayr in Switzerland. The new detachable chairlift runs over 13 round tube supports from Alp Trida (2261 m) towards Visnitzkopf (2633 m), covering a difference in altitude of 372 metres. The new 8-seater chairlift can transport 900 more guests per hour. The chairs have 520 mm wide individual seats, seat heating and weather protection bonnets to offer guests maximum travelling comfort. Pictures of the history of Samnaun will be displayed on the backs of the new chairs.

6-seater chairlift Velilleck F1

From winter 2019/2020, the new Velilleck F1 chairlift will be the fastest chairlift in the Silvretta Arena Ischgl/Samnaun at 6 m/s. It now leads directly to the Pardatschgrat ridge via 16 round tube supports and thus enables direct repeat runs on the fantastic pistes no. 7 and 4. The valley station (2048 m) is located at the same location on piste no. 7. The mountain station will be near the B8 ridge lift at 2620 m.
