Our bakery Rechsteiner in Samnaun is a medium-sized family business. The traditional "Beck" is part of our well functioning supply system. The creations are made on site according to traditional, natural handicraft methods and reach the store by the shortest route from the bakeryn.

The alpine dairy produces a wide range of different mountain cheeses from the best Samnaun milk. In order to bring the cheese production closer to our guests, the alpine show dairy was opened in 1992 in the alpine dairy Samnaun. As the name "alpine dairy" suggests, it is a "cheese dairy in the Alps". It is the home of the famous Samnaun mountain cheese and the Mutschlis in many different flavors.

Winery Heribert Bayer

Long before Heribert Bayer founded the IN SIGNO LEONIS winery, he was a successful consultant to the best red wine producers in Burgenland. Then in 1997, finally, the realization of the great dream - his own winery and the vinification of red wines from one of the best red wine sites in Austria, the Neckenmarkter Hochberg.The wines of the In Signo line are all among the best red wines in Austria. A special feature is that these complex wines have a longevity of about 2 decades and are therefore also very suitable for long storage. With son Patrick Bayer in the 2nd generation, the winery now continues to head towards a very successful future.



Florian Brigl and his young team produce wines of exceptional charm and elegance at the Kornellhof winery in Terlan and Siebeneich, a terroir steeped in history and located close to the South Tyrolean capital of Bolzano. These are wines with drinking flow, which give great pleasure to both the experienced and the inexperienced wine drinker.


Von Salis wine

In 1994 Andrea Davaz and 2 friends founded the Von Salis AG. Today, the company sells top international wines as well as its own wines produced in the Bündner Herrschaft. The Bündner Herrschaft is developing more and more into the "Second Burgundy". Although there are only a little more than 400 hectares of vineyards, the nature of the soil, climate and meanwhile also the know-how of the winemakers allows great Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays to be produced here.

Natural springs in the alpine region of the Grisons mountains are the cradle for our mineral water. Passugger - since 1896, collects in underground slate caverns deep in the Rabiosa Gorge in Passugg.
