In our restaurants, we take you on a cross-border journey through the mountain regions of Europe. Many typical regional specialties from traditional recipes are served. The dishes not only taste delicious, but also stand for a conscious use of resources and the environment. We cook with fresh, natural and healthy ingredients, mainly from regional products and attach great importance to gentle preparation.
