As soon as we set off, the peaks seem close enough to touch: we are right in the middle of it, alpine landscape as far as the eye can see. On 250 km of well-signposted hiking trails we collect distant views over the valleys and peaks in Samnaun and the Silvretta, as well as insights into the strikingly rich flora with over 900 plant species.

This summer, we asked you to share your favourite sound with us. Over 2,500 favourite sounds were sent in and a few of them were recorded in three discovery tours through our holiday region in the Lower Engadine, Samnaun and Val Müstair. We were also able to discover our holiday region in a completely new way - but take a look for yourself and come and visit us. We look forward to spending the mountain summer with you!

The Oset E-Trial bikes are available in four different sizes. Two courses are available. The bikes are suitable for children and adults.

Elvis Prinz, that's actually his name, is a native of Samnaun. As a department manager in a Samnaun sports shop, he reveals what to look out for when buying ski equipment and which piste you should definitely not miss. As a passionate skier, biker and photographer, Samnaun is the «perfect home» for him.

The retired primary school teacher talks about his hobby as a beekeeper, an activity that challenges both body and mind. Even as a child, he was fascinated by bees, as his grandmother often told him about her time as a beekeeper. In 1984 he got his first swarm and finally started beekeeping, a childhood dream come true. In addition to his dedication to beekeeping, he also discovered a passion for painting, which he taught for years and still fascinates him today.
