Zehn Samnauner Restaurants, drei lokale Produzenten sowie ausgewählte Champagner-, Bier- und Weinproduzenten machten den Gipfelgenuss zu einem stimmungsvollen Auftakt in den Samnauner Bergsommer. Die nächste Ausgabe ist bereits terminiert: Am Samstag, 3. Juli 2027 lädt Samnaun zum 13. Samnauner Gipfelgenuss.

Der 13. Samnauner Gipfelgenuss findet am Samstag, 3. Juli 2027 im Panorama Restaurant Sattel statt. Ablauf, Programm und inhaltliche Ausrichtung bleiben im bewährten Rahmen: alpine Kulinarik, Degustationen, Live-Musik, Kunst, persönliche Begegnungen und Panorama auf 2’488 m ü. M.
Die Ticketinformationen und Preise für 2027 werden zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt bekanntgegeben.
Rückblick auf den 12. Samnauner Gipfelgenuss
Ein Sommertag voller Genuss, Begegnungen und Panorama
Mit 500 Besuchenden erreichte der 12. Samnauner Gipfelgenuss einen neuen Gästerekord. Im Panorama Restaurant Sattel präsentierten zehn Samnauner Restaurants und drei lokale Produzenten ihre kulinarischen Kreationen. Ergänzt wurde das Angebot durch ausgewählte Champagner-, Bier- und Weinproduzenten.
Von Stand zu Stand entstanden kleine Genussmomente: regionale Produkte, kreative Gerichte, feine Degustationen und Gespräche mit Köch*innen, Gastgebenden und Produzent*innen. Alphornklänge, Live-Musik und Kunst gaben dem Anlass seinen besonderen Rahmen. Der Blick reichte unter anderem zu Piz Ot, Stammerspitz, Muttler und Piz Motnair.
Eine Gästestimme fasste die Eindrücke so zusammen: «Dieses Jahr hat der Anlass ein neues Level erreicht. Die Gerichte sind unglaublich gut.»

A preview of the 13th Samnaun Summit Delights
Looking forward to 3 July 2027
On Saturday 3 July 2027, the Panorama Restaurant Sattel will once again become a hub for alpine cuisine, regional produce and personal encounters in the Samnaun mountain landscape. The Samnaun Summit Delight remains a culinary journey through the mountains: open, high-quality and close to the people who shape Samnaun as a destination for culinary delights.
In 2027, the focus will once again be on tastings, creative dishes from Samnaun-based establishments, selected producers, live music, art and the panoramic views at 2,488 metres above sea level. Further details on the programme, participating establishments and ticket sales will follow.
Programm
- From 11.00 am: Arrival at the Panorama Restaurant Sattel
- 11.30 am to 3.00 pm: Admission and free tastings at the stalls, live music and art
- approx. 11.40 am: Alphorn music and welcome
- approx. 2.45 pm: Musical finale with alphorn music
