Culinary delights with a view
On 4 July, the Panorama Restaurant Sattel high above Samnaun becomes the summer’s stage for culinary indulgence. From 11.30 am to 3.00 pm, the 12th Samnaun Summit Gourmet event combines alpine vastness, culinary craftsmanship and a relaxed mountain atmosphere to create an experience with character. Local chefs and selected speciality producers present fine tasting portions, delicacies and exquisite drinks – accompanied by sweeping views, fresh mountain air and a strong sense of quality. Between the terrace, summit views and summer lightness, an event unfolds that brings indulgence to life in a refined and atmospheric way.
Special highlights will be provided by guest chefs from the Paznaunerstube at Trofana Royal Ischgl: Martin, Thomas and Michael Sieberer. The culinary panorama will be further enriched by contributions from Relais & Châteaux Chasa Montana, “das Homann”, Hotel Des Alpes and other businesses from the destination.
In the glass, Laurent-Perrier Champagne and wines from Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy meet an atmosphere that is relaxed yet refined. Live music adds a sense of ease and turns the Summit Gourmet event into more than just an excursion: a summer invitation for everyone wishing to discover Samnaun as a culinary destination – whether for a day in the mountains or as the start of an indulgent getaway.
