Samnaun is once again the most hospitable destination in Switzerland

Booking.com’s 2026 Traveller Review Awards are based on the average of all guest reviews published on the platform between 1 December 2022 and 30 November 2025. According to Booking.com, the winners were determined on the basis of more than 372 million verified customer reviews. A total of 1.81 million partner properties worldwide received awards.

In Switzerland, Samnaun takes first place among the country’s most hospitable destinations. Also featured in the top 10 are Kandersteg, Lauterbrunnen, Flims, Scuol, Pontresina and Arosa, amongst others. In the national regional ranking, the canton of Graubünden also tops the list.

The award highlights what many guests in Samnaun have appreciated for years: personalised attention, high-quality service and a holiday experience that impresses from the accommodation right through to the stay in the destination.
