Those who still have the desire and strength can, after the descent, ascend to the Fließer-Stieralpe, as well as to the Mathäuskopf or Unterer Malfragkopf.

The route starts directly at the customs hut and follows mostly the road for about 1 to 1.5 hours along the Zandersbach to the Fließer Alpe (2003 m) and further over beautiful alpine terrain to the Fließer-Stieralpe (2290 m).

From the Fließer-Stieralpe, it continues always northward over beautiful hilly terrain. Steeper sections can generally be well bypassed. The most favorable route for the summit ascent is clearly visible. Slightly east of the summit, you can reach the ridge with a few switchbacks and follow it up to the summit. The last meters to the summit are mostly covered without skis.

The descent generally follows the ascent route. The extensive terrain offers plenty of space to make your own tracks.
