The house is located at a sunny and quiet place at the end of the village Samnaun-Laret. It's nearby the bus-station. The ski slope leads you directly to the apartment house. Daily home delivery service is provided by our local bakery. There are enough free parking places available. No smoking.

You will receive your key on the day of Arrival directly in the house. Please contact the specified contact person approximately 4-5 days before your arrival in order to receive details about your holiday and the handing-over the keys.
