Beschreibung

Alternatively, you can give yourself the first meters of altitude and start in the small village of Vnà. Without much incline, the path leads to the small hamlet of Zuort and on to Griosch. At Griosch the path branches off, you follow the path in a north-easterly direction, the Aua Chöglias. At the end of the Val Chöglias, the path leads sharply to the left and climbs to the top of the Fimber Pass. Afterwards it goes leisurely down to the Heidelberger Hütte in Val Fenga. The Heidelberger Hütte is also served in winter. Along the Fimbabach you reach down into the valley to Ischgl. From Ischgl there is a connection through the ski area in summer and winter to the Swiss Samnaun, from where you have PostBus connection to Scuol.

Follow
the signs to Zuort and Griosch Branch off at Griosch in a northeasterly direction, follow
the stream Turn left at the end of the valley and climb
up to the Fimber Pass Descent to the Heidelberger Hütte
Along the Fimberbach to Ischgl and possibly on to Samnaun (mountain railways)

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

  • By Rhaetian Railway (from Chur, Prättigau or Upper Engadine) or by PostBus (from Martina, Sent or Tarasp) every hour to Scuol-Tarasp station
  • Direct hourly PostBus connection from Scuol-Tarasp bsi to the PostBus stop Vnà, Jalmèr

Arrival information

  • From the north: via Landquart – Klosters by car transport through the Vereina tunnel (Selfranga - Sagliains) or over the Flüela Pass into the Lower Engadine on H27

  • From the east: via Landeck / Austria in the direction of St. Moritz on H27

  • From the south: via Reschenpass (Nauders-Martina) or Ofenpass (Val Müstair-Zernez) on H27

    Vnà can be reached from the Engadine road H27 from Sagliains 30 minutes by car
